- 1 lb ground beef (I went with medium ground)
- 1 lb ground pork
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups crushed Cheese Nips
- 1/2 onion finely chopped
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
- 2 Tbsp Sriracha sauce (A.K.A. Rooster sauce)
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp Jerk spice
- 4 Tbsp BBQ sauce
- Condiments to top burger with (eggs, bacon, relish, ketchup, mustard and tomato)
How to make it: Place ground beef and pork into a large mixing bowl. Add Cheese Nips, eggs, chopped onion, salt, pepper, Sriracha sauce, jerk spice, Worcestershire sauce and BBQ sauce.
