Some people may have enjoyed a Canadian beef fillet mignon charcoal grilled at the Marconi Club while attending a weeding or a banquet. They may have also enjoyed a 1/4' slice of Canadian rib eye roast sliced and plated by Jay. Thousands of people have enjoyed Canadian beef lovingly cut by Jay in his former years while he was an assistant meat department manager at Poole's Foodland in Woodstock. Others may have had the same experience while Jay was the meat department manager of Kitching's Food Town in rural Huntingford.
For the past year Jay Eatz has shared various ways to prepare Canadian beef via this blog.
